Advanced IT Services

Advanced IT Services was first incorporated as Advanced IT Training in 2000 offering Microsoft and Cisco certified training in partnership with George Spencer Academy. Since then, as well as a long and prosperous history, we have gone from strength to strength supporting local businesses and educational establishments.

2009

Advanced IT Services established a lead position in Nottinghamshire IT Support, providing specialised support options to local and feeder primary schools.

 

2010

Phil Dixon took over as Managing Director, changing the name from Advanced IT Training to Advanced IT Services – expanding to provide services and products to the growing IT industry.

 

2013

AIT’s new Data Centre officially opened for business and began accepting new customers. Please contact us if you wish to have a tour of the facility.

 

2015

AIT embarked upon building their 1Gbps core infrastructure around the East Midlands to provide high throughput and low latency symmetrical connections to our customers.

 

2016

The completion of AIT’s network enabled the delivery of next generation IT support, the complete ‘server-less’ infrastructure, with everything the customer needs accessible from anywhere in the world.

 

2017

AIT’s continued expansion of their network enhances the points of presence and availability to both the Education and private sector. We have great plans for this year to continually increase our network speed and expand to more of the UK.
